This is a sunrise over the Conkouati National Reserve, Congo. As the fog rose from the forrest, I could hear the calls of chimpanzees, birds chirping, and a host of other wild sounds (I can only guess where they came from). At some point, the gravity of your actions and decisions weigh down on you for better or worse. Standing there, alone, made me take stock of my mine. I never thought I would have experiences like these, and I am thankful.
