I took this photo a couple months back as the leaves were changing in Michigan. The hues of pink, red, and purple on the underside of this maple leaf caught my eye and the water droplets only add to the appeal. The surrounding colors are fairly dull browns and dark yellows which helped to punctuate the leaf I want the audience to focus on in the middle of the frame.
