Since the mid-70s, followers of Yogi Bhajan have gathered at Circle F Dude Ranch in Lake Wales, Florida to celebrate the Winter Solstice. Part of the experience is White Tantric Yoga, a partner-based yoga designed to elevate the consciousness. Dancing is a post-tantric tradition which Yogi Bhajan says is necessary to circulate the energy generated during the 3-day practice.
