Since the mid-1970s, followers of Yogi Bhajan have gathered at Circle F Dude Ranch in Lake Wales, Florida to celebrate the Winter Solstice. Part of the experience is White Tantric Yoga, an ancient partner-based yogic practice designed to elevate the consciousness. Dancing is a post-tantric tradition which Yogi Bhajan says is necessary to circulate the energy generated during the 3-day intensive practice.
