    At about 5.30am this rare Chinese Water Deer stepped up into view and framed its self agaist the distant fenland horizon. The deer are a remnant of an escaped population in the UK and this individual was photographed at Woodwalton Fen Nature Reserve, part of the Great Fen Project in rural Cambridges
