    Edit Photo Details Chef Jeremy Checking the Pig on Smoker   #people #food #portrait #local #chef #documentary #farmtotable
I was asked to document a well-known chef's work from farm to table. I was enthralled by the assignment and followed the chef's every move to capture the mood and essence his work. That evening, when I downloaded my images to start editing, I broke down in tears. I am a huge animal lover, and found editing the images of the dead pig to be very challenging. However,I recognized that i had the ability to remove myself from a situation while documenting it. not sure if this is good or bad.
