As we sat having lunch and watching Vulturine Guinea-fowl, a Martial Eagle swooped past my car window and caught an unlucky Guinea-fowl in its talons. I quickly swapped my lunch and for my camera and was just in time to capture an irate Vervet Monkey run out of the bush and attack the Eagle. This shot, from near the end of the sequence, shows the Eagle just getting away in time.
