    An amazing bird and this one was extra friendly (see my profile photo). Lyrebirds are normally shy and difficult to approach. He was very interested in the lens and the sound of the AF drive. I've heard in some areas they have learnt to mimic the click of cameras. Sadly they can mimic chainsaws very well.
