    Reported by:

Up close and personal with a very high tide at Rialto Beach in the Olympic National Park of WA State. This wave is filled with fury and danger with rocks embedded in its power. The 'Graveyard of the Pacific' is what the old sailors called this area of the rugged Washington State coastline. Giant timbers have become dangerous driftwood scattered around the peaks, and pinnacles that guard the shorelines. This day, there were 'King Tides'-- the highest tides of the year, adding to the drama.
