The essence of youth and beauty, captured in the eyes of this lovely girl. Children are notoriously difficult to photograph (spontaneously, at least that's what I think). I was at a kids' birthday party shooting pictures and they were running around all the time. At some point I sat in the window sill and she came running out of one of the rooms in the house up to the table where the snacks were. She hadn't noticed me at first, and when she looked up at me, I shot this picture.
