Mountain Gorillas, Virunga NP, Rwanda. On the day of our trek to the Sabyinyo gorilla family, it rained quite a bit. Mt. Gorillas don't like the rain. This little one had gotten cold and was shivering. His mom picked him up in a big hug to warm him up and gave him "kisses". The tenderness with which these large primates treat their young is especially captivating.
