    This is the photo of a pilgrim who arrived to Kolkata for Ganga Sagar Mela, a holy fair held annually on the Sagar Island’s southern tip in the Ganges delta atop the Bay of Bengal. The holy pilgrim was smoking Indian Marijuana. The smoke and his makeup was truly fascinating and made the environment really holy !
