A young adult yellow-crowned night heron pensively staring at the rocks on the shore looking for something to eat in Wayside Park on Pensacola Bay. I visit this small bay-side park about once a month and almost always find some shore birds, osprey, and water birds to photograph within the half hour timeframe I have there.
