This star-trail shot incorporates Lacock Abbey, which many consider to be the birth place of modern photography. It was here where William Fox Talbot used the calotype process to produce his first successful photographs in August 1835. The oldest photographic negative in existence is of one of the lattice windows in the Abbey (the right lit window in this shot). The star-trails were created from stacking 65 photos in total, each at 45 seconds, f5.6 and ISO 800.
