    I captured this shot of a lovely Sun Halo. Shown are "Sun Dogs" from the extreme cold formation of ice crystals in the clouds. The sun rays form the "Sun Dogs". I find this photo fascinating and a beautiful example of "Mother Nature". This has been an extremely cold winter in rural Illinois with below 0 degrees (farenheit). Expecting more snow from the Arctic Blast tomorrow. This photo was featured on a local meterologist's weather site tonight.
