This was taken by a 5 MP mobile phone. In search for rock outcrops for the research of Geology and Geomorphology required us to walk miles away on a very steep unpaved road. The background shows that the reserve forest was exploited for the development of rubber estate. Slope terracing was implemented for the cultivation purpose. Can you imagine how many tonnes of rocks have been broken up and teared up due to the exploitation, vanishing the DNA of the earth.
