This young girl is responsible for bringing water back home to feed her baby chickens. It’s a responsibility that she takes quite seriously. -- The vilage of Atuen is located far in the high jungles of the Chachapoyas region. The average elevation is 12,356 feet; it has approximately 350 inhabitants and the nearest town with access to electricity is about eight hours on foot and on horse.
