    Moments after the first scattering waves of sun light are able to penetrate the early morning mist over the mountains of the Northern range, to peek into a tiny garden in the hills of Maracas St. Joseph. The Tufted coquette hummingbird is the smallest bird we have in Trinidad, and second smallest bird in the world. It is 6.6 cm long and weighs 2.3 g arrives to enjoy his favorite cup of tea, as he moves from flower to flower having his fill gracefully while doing his job at pollination.
