    During the "Elbehochwasser" in 2013. The picture shows flood protection gates keeping the water away from the Dresden Congress Center, which is reflecting the light of a beautiful sunsets. Tourists and locals alike were drawn to the banks of the Elbe, watching the masses of water roll through the city center.
