I thank my city for finding empathy because they have acknowledged the suffering and unfair treatment, that their, once government, inflicted on state wards and orphaned. people like me who were institutionalized ,fostered and are FORGOTTEN AUSTRALIAN,s and because my government were big enough to recognize and say sorry for the sin's and wrong doings of its past member's
