    A cold December morning - Crossing the Perrine Bridge (The only bridge in the US that's legal to base jump from) and I saw this fog roll up the canyon.. Took the picture from one of the overlooks. The Perrine Bridge is in Twin Falls, Idaho, and is only about 3/4 mile W. of the Evel Knevel Snake Ri
