I noticed this building while out very late at night, or very early in the morning, depending on your viewpoint. It was glowing orange and the rest of the building was devoid of color except for the natural blue cast present with the type of white balance I had set on my digital camera. The crescent moon was also present which made for a magical scene. I added the stars later.
