It started snowing around noon and very quickly it was obvious that the "storm" was much larger than anticipated. People started leaving work and I went out with my camera and shot the streets of Portland for 2 hours. I like using the slower shutter speed especially in snow. It gives the picture some added texture as the flurries fly about.
