The Little River Band of Ottawa Indians in Michigan host a Jiingtamok each year. A day of celebration where tribal members from all locations gather to honor The Earth and tribal traditions. I don't know what this man does on a daily basis ,but of everyone I observed that day,he epitomizes the image of a proud Indian Elder.
