My second sighting but first photograph of a snowy owl. After walking through snow that was above my knees to investigate an "owl shape" in the middle of a field I found this owl sitting on a power line by the road. It seems they're less spooked by cars than people. I hope to see more of these birds before the winter comes to an end.
