Framing the future
The status of the gypsies in Romania was never a real concern of the rulers of this country. For hundred of years they were almost slaves, during the second world war they were hunted and decimated by the Nazi armies and in the communist period of the country they were marginalized and ignored.
Now they are a real problem and most of them they don't have the opportunity for a real education and a decent live.
They are put behind the bars since they are born.
