Outside of the sleepy Pak Tai Temple in the heart of Old Taipa Village, a Bamboo Theater is being constructed for the celebration of the Deity's birthday on the third day of the third month of the lunar year. Various Temples across Macau will do this for the feast days or birthdays of the celebrated god. Once completed the theater will host theatrical reenactments in Cantonese Opera.
