This elephant was shot by Poachers and robbed of its Ivory in Eastern Zimbabwe. On my hand you can see 2 spent cartridges left behind by the poachers, one belongs to an FN Automatic Rifle (.308), the other to a .303. This picture was taken approximately 1 hour after the shots were heard. The trunk is seen in the backround. WHAT A WASTE.
