This is Jervis Bay in South Coast NSW, Australia. On rare occasions, there is a red algal bloom in the water and that night, at high tide, bioluminiscent algae light up the water. This is a single shot of one minute's duration, showing the bioluminiscent algae pooling around the rocks on the shoreline.
