Bantyaw
This tripod - looking thing is called Bantyaw by the locals in Balete, Batangas. This is where the Fisherman's usually wait (or do a look out) for the kill using their improvised Airgun (instead of using bullets they use use bicycle spokes and sharpen them to make a spear like device that would fit onto the Airgun's nozzle with a fishing line attached to it so that if they caught a fish, they would just reel the line in.) to catch Tilapia. (the native fish on the lake)
