Home is where the grass grows!
This old house is lived in every summer by someone that comes up to work in the Klondike Gold Fields. It was build sometime after 1898 with logs and a sod roof. To me it symbolizes my home town of Dawson City. There are still many old building coming from the time when this was a very remote place, but still in use. Many people come here only for the summer. This house is waiting for its owner to come back. We are never sure who will all come back for the summer until the snow is gone.
