The product of human neglect, a stop sign whose color slowly faded with time. I'd gone out for a walk at sunset, bringing my camera along with me. I didn't think I'd find anything worthy of being photographed. When I was about to call it quits-because the light was going out- I found this, an unexpected representation of what happens to the things we neglect. They lose their liveliness.
