    There is a pair of Great Horned Owls that have nested in the Sikome Lake region of Fish Creek Provincial Park, Calgary for a number of years. This pair is very popular with the local birding community. There are 2 newly hatched owls in the nest as well, but they will rarely be seen until they reach fledgling stage.
