A couple gazes into each others eyes while dancing at the Junior Ball at Norwich University. This formal dance is a part of the Junior Weekend Celebration where students in their junior year at the Vt military college receive their class rings. For many students at Norwich, getting their ring is more significant than graduating. Norwich University is the oldest private military college in the US and the birth place of ROTC.
