Edit Photo Details Doolin, Co. Clare   #sea #rocks #coast #atlantic
Doolin is on the west coast of Ireland. The Atlantic relentlessly pounds the coastline. Gale force winds were blowing and the rain was driving in from the Atlantic. This boulder was just sitting there on the edge, waiting to be claimed by the ocean, grooves have been carved into the surrounding rock by the waves like an artist sculpts with his chisel and mallet. It is an awesome power that the sea can wield.
