    For about two nights prior to this although hot and sunny during the day at night there was too much low cloud to see anything. I ventured out more in hope and managed to get this shot of the sun just as it was about to dip behind the Islands of great Cumbrae in the middle ground and Little Cumbrae slightly behind. The land just visible in the background is the Argyle peninsula.
