    Edit Photo Details What's left at Cherrywood  
    The land around Tullyvale, Co Dublin, has been resculpted in the last decade, or so, for the construction of a motorway junction and tram line. On Google Earth, using the historic timeline, you can see that a few patches of land were avoided while the works were being carried out. I was intrigued to know what was preserved here. It appeared to be a bird sanctuary. Nearby is a ruined church and graveyard, so perhaps there is a site of archaeological interest in the middle of the round. tbc...
