    I am a marine biologist, and many times I look for ways to capture detailed macro images of smaller organisms to look at their unique morphological characters in as much detail as possible. I made a small acrylic "photo" tank that is very narrow which limits the effects of depth you get from shooting organisms in a regular aquarium tank. This is one of the images I got of the red rock crab (approximately 4-5cm in total length)
