This photo was taken a few years back but it always brings back great memories. We were driving through Tibet and had stopped for a quick picnic lunch near a riverbed in the Changtang Plain on the way to Lake Nam-tso. While we were eating, we noticed this lonely shepherd sitting close by observing us. Although we only had boiled eggs and sandwiches, this must have looked like a feast to him. When we invited him to join us, his broke into this enormous smile.
