I was lucky enough to get on board a boat heading to Galapagos. It has been a childhood dream to make it to these shores and it did not disappoint. The diversity and abundance of wildlife both in the water and on land is amazing. One of the stars of the islands was the Marine Iquanas. They line the shores, standing proud, spitting salt and munching on algae. This one was just returning from the water and was looking very happy.
