White Fire - Night Sky is one photograph in a series titled White Fire. The moon and sky were so incredible the night of May 13, 2014 that I shot from approximately 8:06 till 9:18 PM with no flash, using my usual method of SD and compact flash; capturing 295 photos of the moon and cloud cover. The result was a picture of the moment. The remainder of my photos of the week highlight one continuous sequence of these photographs and an additional photograph in the White Fire Series.
