The Diocletian Palace in Split is an absolutely fabulous sight at night. The palace is not exactly like a tourist site - there is an entire market and houses inside the walls of the palace. The sight from atop this bell tower is panorama of the city of Split. The view has the brick red roofed city adorned by the mountains on one side and the blue Adriatic on the other side.
