I slowly approached the official guarding post of the Romanian Ministry of Internal Affairs. I looked at the guard and gestured at my camera. He shook his head declining. But a moment later he changed his mind and smiled at me. The image captured that brief moment, I thanked him and quietly walked away, not to disturb his work any more than necessary.
