On a beautiful evening my friend took me on a tour of his uncles farm that extends right down to the sea. There were several abandoned WW2 lookouts as this peninsula guards the entrance to Loch Ryan to the east with Ireland visible to the west. It is a lovely spot to watch the boats travel from Cairn Ryan to Belfast. Corswall lighthouse can be seen in the background.
