    Reported by:

The Vietnamese Buddhist festival of Chua Huong at the Perfume Pagoda. The festival takes place in the first Lunar month each year. The pilgrims catch a rowing boat from the little town of My Doc (about 70 km from Hanoi) to the summit of Huong Tich where the Perfume Pagoda is. Crowds of people make the pilgrimage and it is a very happy yet solemn moment I was privileged to be part of.
