Though this young snow monkey looks rather melancholy, his expression is typical of the other macaques enjoying the hot springs near Nagano, Japan. The hot water seems to have an hypnotic effect and the monkeys appear to be staring off into space. This little guy had the extra special privilege/luck to have the bath to himself for a few moments. Ahhhhh.
