summer march 2014 when i reached western ghats Ecological hotspot- rainforests of Agumbe in Southern India ,I was armed with a broken macro lens and with hopes of capturing the wild untamed rainforests -and to see and photograph this Blue-eyed Bush Frog Philautus neelanethrus in summer was a joy . wild is still alive in this planet The distinctive blue ring around and the golden colored eye are the main features of this frog from where it gets its common name. IUCN listed it as an endangered
