During refuge in Ghana from the Liberian war, my son Amos gets our dog ready to go hunting in the bush near Cape Coast. Raised from birth by me and my son, Rocky was the greatest dog we have ever loved. After coming by a week long bus ride to return with my son, daughter-in-law and grand child, Rocky settled into life in Monrovia, Liberia, loved by all. He lost his life crossing the street in front of our house, obeying a call to come home. A once-in-a-lifetime dog. RIP.
