This spring, I had the opportunity to visit Kenai Fjords for a special youth program initiative with the National Park Service. Part of our program included a tour of Kenai Fjords and the Gulf of Alaska. These Dall Porpoise were curious about our boat, and they played alongside as we enjoyed a perfect day in Kenai Fjords. This photo was taken just as a porpoise surfaced alongside our boat. If you look closely, you can see a reflection of the boat on the porpoise' body.
