These beautiful swallowtail butterflies came to these wild berries as a flock of birds would upon seeds. Tremendously exciting to watch as nearly a hundred swooped down suddenly while we were relaxing to enjoy the tranquility of being miles away from civilization in western Indiana. Portland Arch, a natural bridge created with flowing water beneath it, is very picturesque...and quiet. This photo was taken from my video, and reveals some of the movements to swoop down to enjoy luscious fruit.
